DESCRIPTION

Warm Up Exercise to:

  • Warm Up shoulders
  • Kick off basic run outs

Any Cone starts with the ball and rolls to a cone to left or right. Eg Cone A rolls to Cone B or C.

Player who receives the ball simply fields ball clean and has a shot at the stump (opposing corner) eg B to C.

Then player taking the back up rolls to another cone (left or right) and keep repetaing.
