This drill is for agility, set up a ladder then following the diagram jogging knee high step with the left foot being number 1 into the ladder square then right following short after into the same square then to the right of that square step out with your left foot followed by your right and repeat 15 times, taking a 10 second break whilst walking back to the starting position. Do this whilst dribbling a ball almost pretending to side step someone constantly
