1 Reciver behind the wickets and 3 throwers at the cone. Student on the left throws overhand at the wicket. Student on the right throws underhand and the wicket. Student behind the cone catches the throw from wicket end. Perfrom 3 throws and rotate until all students have 3x throws overhand & underhand
