Players will start on cone number one they will be holding a ball, they must use any type of footwork drill they have learnt in the session, get to the stumps "take and break" the stumps, I will then call a number between 1-4 and they need to go to the end of the ladder which ever number has been shouted.
So this drill involves footwork and reaction time which a keeper needs to use. But as a cool down it will just be done at a gentle pace.
