DESCRIPTION

  1. Ball hit out by coach.
  2. Player on black cone fields ball and throws to the stump (colour cone - blue or green) called by the coach. Replace feet and throw at stumps
  3. Next option - hit to black cone; call orange or white; plant or spin and throw at stumps.

COACHING POINTS

  • Attack the ball
  • Pick up in between feet and aligned with head
  • Decision making precise and clear for the best possible throw
