DESCRIPTION

  1. Ball hit out by coach.
  2. Player on black cone fields ball and throws to the stump (colour cone) called by the coach. The player has to make the decision of footwork and body alignment
  3. The options for footwork are: replace feet; plant feet and spin to throw

COACHING POINTS

  • Attack the ball
  • Pick up in between feet and aligned with head
  • Decision making precise and clear for the best possible throw
