Looking for:
- Knees shoulder level and slightly bent (catching)
- Fingers pointing down and spread out (catching)
- Heel and toe together so there is no gap (Long Barrier)
- Make sure you get down on the ground (Long Barrier)
The Children will line up behind the red cone they will then put one step in each run on the ladder. After this the children will need to touch each cone. Then the coach will roll the ball out for the pupil to do a long barrier, then throw the ball back to the coach. then run round to the rebound net and take a catch then back to the start.
