Blue man sprints around green cone - then hit catch by coach to that player. After catch, player throws ball over the middle stump, caught by red man. Red then throws at PUGG 1 to get direct hit.
Coach then hits 2nd ball out to blue cone, then it is fielded and direct hit at PUGG 2. Blue cone then sprints to PUGG 2 and start again. Good for fitness as well as fielding.
