SKILL 2 – Snakes and Ladders: 10 Minutes
SET-UP: Place 2 agility ladders parallel apart facing the direction of the basket. Have 2 starting pancakes, and 2 scoring pancakes and place 3 cones before each ladder.
Make sure there is a pancake for each child to STAND ON while they wait their turn.
Explain the entire drill then explain it again by quizzing children to reinforce memory. e.g. What do I do first?
EACH CHILD MUST HAVE MINIMUM = 2 TURNS
Finish with the stretching routine + stamps:
- One leg
- Other leg
- Double Leg
