DESCRIPTION

First drill will be fast feet. The scholars will do this 2 sets of 30 seconds.

The next drill will be wideouts. The scholars will do 2 sets of 30 seconds.

The next drill will be lateral line hops. The scholars will do 2 sets of 30 seconds.

The next drill will be vertical line hops. The scholars will do 2 sets of 30 seconds.

1 leg lateral hops are next. The scholars will do both legs 2 sets of 30 seconds.

1 leg vertical hops are after. The scholars will do both legs 2 sets of 30 seconds.
