When doing zig zag and match
Defenders
- Maintain balance
- Stay low, back straight, hands up
- Do not cross your feet
Offense
- When dribbling towards the right side dribble with right. When dribbling towards left side, use left hand.
- Protect the ball at all times
- Try to look up and not at the ball
