“Find” & Seek Box-Out For this drill, divide your team into 2 groups. One group will start in the key under the basket and facing the basket. The other group will start out on the perimeter of the court just outside the 3 point arc. Upon the coach shouting “Shot” the players who are out by the 3 point arc will race towards the basket trying to get into position for a rebound. The players under the basket will attempt to box out the closest player from the other who is in their area
