DESCRIPTION

  1. Biginner (zonder pompen)
  2. Basic(met pompen)
  3. Jumping Jack ( down-JJ-up+JJ)
  4. Sit Thru (down-L been onderdoor uit steken- R onderdoor steken-up
  5. Side arm balance (down- draaien en R arm de lucht in- Andere kant draaien en L arm de lucht in)
  6. Slam ball (medecine ball boven hoofd  heffen en dan ball met alle kracht tegen de grond- Down basic burpee - Up+ bal heffen boven hoofd
  7. Spiderman burpee ( down- pompen- R been zijdelings naar voor brengen- pompen-L been zijdelings naar voor brengen-Up+ benen intrekken bij sprong)
