Dribbling and Passing: Kids and Parents
Drill starts with Kids dribbling to parents by only bouncing 1 once and catch. Once kids get to the parents side they must pass from their chest to the parents. Then parents dribble back and pass to kids. This drill can be progressed to dribbling 2 bounces and 3.
To look at the ball as they dribble.
Push the ball down strong.
When dribbling with 2 bounces, dont slap the ball but to push it down.
Pass the ball from the chest when passing to parents.
