Each team contains 4 people. One team starts with the ball. The other team is on defense when they don't have the ball. You aren't aloud to move if you have the ball in your hands, you can only pass , pivot, or shoot the ball. The other team is aloud to steal and block you when you shoot the ball and when they get the ball, they become the offeders. Still they are not aloud to move with the ball in their hands but same rules about pass shoot and pivot apply to them. The first team to get 5 baskets wins. Each time the ball goes in the net from inside the 3 point line, that is 1 point. If the ball goes in from behind the 3 point, it is 2 points. The Match Will be inside one half of the court. This drill was designed to help players with their passing, pivoting and shooting in a match. It helps with passing because in order to move the ball it must be passed and you have to pivot to keep the ball away from defenders. You also have to shoot to get points. There are 3 rounds, to win a round you must reach 5 points. when you get a basket, your team checks the ball like in a real game. The winner of the most rounds ut of the 3 wins.
Remember to roll the ball of your fingers when you shoot. Don't always shoot, pass the ball too. You should try to use multiple types of passing.
