Start at position A (Blue). Sprint to half court while dribbling, then into a jog past half court into a layup. Then Sprint to half court, jog to a jump shot. Repeat this 3 times each (layup, shot, layup, shot, layup, shot) then go to A (Red) and perform a freethrow. Continue until a freethrow is missed and repeat the process, this time performing 4 of each (layup, shot, layup, shot, layup, shot, layup, shot). Repeat with 5 times each, then 4 times each, ending with 3 times each. Making sure to always sprint to the half court line and then jog once preparing for the shot or layup. If three freethrows are made rest for 30-60 seconds.
