DESCRIPTION

  • QUICK FEET AROUND THE CONES.
  • FIRST PART HAVE THE RED TEAM PUT THEM UNDER PRESSURE.
  • SWAP OVER.

PROGRESSIONS

  • CHANGE DEFENCIVE TACTIC.
  • CHANGE THE DISTANCE OF THE CONES.(BIGGER OR SMALLER)
  • USE WEAK HAND.
  • MAKE 2 VS 2 OR 2 VS 1.

COACHING POINTS

ATTACKER

  • LONG STRIDES TO COVER DISTANCE.
  • USE FINGER TIPS AND PUSH TOWARDS THE FLOOR. (NO SLAPPING OF THE BALL SHOULD BE HEARD)
  • BOUNCE BALL BELOW WAIST HEIGHT.

DEFFENDER

  • STAY APPROX 3 YARDS AWAY FROM THE ATTACKER.
  • BE BIG AND ARMS OUT TO STOP ANY PASS THAT COULD BE GIVEN.
