Width Court Sprints into FreeThrows

As someone who is new to coaching this site was just what I needed,...

DESCRIPTION

Players run the full width of the court 17 times within a specified duration. Players then attempt two freethrows and coaches reocrd the makes and misses. After a 1-2 minute rest, players will repeat with 13 times, 9 times, 6 times and finally 3 times.
