- A holds ball away from body and up high with one hand
- A drops the ball
- D moves as soon as the ball is released and attempts to grab it before it bounces a second time
- D drives the length of the floor for a layup
- A follows D and must get redound before the ball hits the floor
- A and D reverse roles and drill continues the opposite direction
- Set up can be on Right or Left side of the court
(Run the drill cross court on side basekts to minimize standing around)

Reduce number of dribbles down the floor (dependent on age group anywhere between 3 and 6 dribbles max should be the goal)
