Blue team dribbles towards the hoop and then does a running shot (Lay-Up). The Red player runs in just after the blue player starts to take off and then gets the rebound after blue shoots. They then pass the ball back to the next person in the blue line and joins it, while the blue player whom shot the ball runs to the red line and joins the end of it.
Pick-Up ball then 2 steps.
Hold ball with 2 hands and then switch to 1 when in the air.
Shoot either underarm or over. Flick wrist on release.
