This is a simple passing and catching drill to gain the skills required to play Basketball.
The ball starts on cone A, the player passes the ball to cone B, Cone B catches the ball then passes the ball back to cone A.
Cone A then passes to cone C, Cone C catches the ball then throws ball back to Cone A.
The drrill continues in the same manner, cone A to D,E etc.
Once cone E passes the ball back to cone A, the drill stops and each player moves clockwise to a different cone, for example, player on cone A goes to cone B, player from cone B to cone C and so on.
The player on cone E goes to cone A, and once everyone is in position the drill can start again, the drill goes until every player has had a go from cone A
