Reverse It (Passing)

Very useful format and descriptions of drills. I am using Sportplan...

DESCRIPTION

- ball starts with coach in 1 corner

- coach passes ball to player 1 and recieves the pass back

- coach rotates through each player on the perimetre and repeats

- start with chest pass, then bounce and skip pass further back

Variations

1. Have players pass ball around perimetre reversing it each time it reaches the corner. time the trail or shoot after certain # of passes

COACHING POINTS

- knees bent

- hold ball by its ears

- start from chest

- take step towards target

- finish with thumbs down palms out

- make target

- call names
