5 minute - Debrief
1st: Teams will enter the southeast doors of gym
2nd: Student will line up on the west sideline to listen to an introduction speech about "Fighting for Success" & instructing students to specific activities; rotation will be counterclockwise.
3rd: Students will be paired up & assigned an activity to start challenge. Students will perform activity for 2 minutes followed by a 30 second resting period. Activity rotation will follow the resting period. This will repeat for about 20minutes.
During Low Intensity activities, students will say what fears might be holding them back:
Push ups, planks, jumping jacks
During High Intensity activities, students will say what success they are fighting for quotes:
Heavy Bag Punches, Duck walks, Wall Squats
4th:Student will listen to a debrief speech while resting & hydrating themselves.
