DESCRIPTION

Students will be going thru the obstacle course twice

They will begin at the Tires, run thru it 2x's, as they finish they will continue to do Plank ups (alternate from planks to push ups), they will then go to the cones where they will do a pattern of foot work. Students will then go thru the ladder
