Make out to straight lines with coloured cone and both lines have to have the same coloured cone opposite each other.The coach calls out a colour and throws ball in the center of the coloured cones.The players then run around the coloured cone that the coach called out.Then both players go in to a 1v1 and try to score a goal the first one to score wins
