DESCRIPTION

The full back performs the biomechanics of running, however performed in a slow and controlled manner. This will consist of performing a similar technique to running with alternating both the legs, arms and keeping an upright posture whilst travelling within a straight line of 25m, between the cones.

Progression- Increase the speed of the running mechanics/Increase the length of the drill

Regression- Reduce the length of drill/Reduce the speed of running mechanics
