DESCRIPTION

  1. athlete starts at the yellow cones
  2. at the ladder the athlete goes two feet in and then two feet out, continue this all the way through
  3. once the ladder is complete run around the green cone
  4. running to the red cones, the athlete is to weave inbetween the cones, once the cones are down
  5. sprint inbetween the two blue cones.
  • this will be timed and the athlete needs to try and get the same time or beat it, athletes need to run at, at least 90%
  • after three times the ladder is moved to the other side
