Split the participants into 2 teams.
Participant 1 and participant 2 stand in the middle of their circle with a basketball
The coach calls out a colour
The participants have to dribble the basket balls to the coloured cone (which was called out) and back before the other one.
First one back gets a point
See which team at the end has most points
Progression:
Make it harder by spacing the cones out more.
Also to progress the coach could shout out a colour and the participants would have to go to the opposite colour facing.
For e.g. if you shouted north the participants would have to go south etc etc.
Create a resolution to develop your coaching confidence by seizing the opportunity to discover new drills, turn ideas into action and seek advice from the coaching community.
