DESCRIPTION

Choose 4 children to be the catchers. Each catcher will have a different fitness task for the children who they catch to do. Once the child who has been caught has completed the fitness task, then they are free to run about again.

COACHING POINTS

- 10 standing jumps

- 10 hops on each leg

- 10 lunges

- run on the spot for 30 seconds

- 15 star jumps

- balance on one leg for 15 seconds
