How can you strengthen a chest pass?

Are there any drills that can help stop teams from panicing? We have a number of close games, and as soon as the team go in the lead, they panic and fall to pieces!

Hi can u give me some ideas on how the shooters would feed themselves closer towards the goal. What i mean is by passing the ball in and out 2 one person and moving closer 2 the goal at the same time . Something simple for girls aged 10.

Coaching 9-11yrs. In what order should you coach ie starting with  footwork, passing etc??

what are some good drills for my U9/10 girls, some haven't played before but most of them have, i am a new coach so it would be good if i got some help on this.

Hi all, My daughter is about to start coaching for the first time and it's expected she'll have a group of 10 years olds in C or D grade. I'm struggling to remember what her capabilities were at that age and she's looking for some suggestions for drills to start off with until she gets a handle on where they're at. Is anyone currently working with kids around that age/ability bracket? Does anyone know if any of the weekly drills are aimed at beginners/introductory levels? From the ones I'm seen, they're aimed at an intermediate level so I'm assuming some of the games would be OK, but most of the drills would be beyond their capability.Thanks in advance.

I'm a young coach who is coaching an 11A's team. I find it hard to identify/pick up on the problems within their play. How do you identify these problems in order to fix them? Ive got 2 girls that have never played before and they keep driving to catch the ball into the thrower's space, i've tried to tell them to move out the space and even spent a whole training session teaching the team how to use space on the court but they still keep trying to catch the ball next to or just in front of the player, does anyone know any drills that encourage driving away from the ball and down the court away from the thrower?

I have just taken on a 4/5 beginner netball team. Any advice on where to begin?

Defending the Throw In. On the weekend, the opposition had a set play (on some occasions but not all the time). GK was throwing in. The GD, WD & C all gathered between the centre and the 1/3rd line, closer to the 1/3rd line. Each of them broke at different times. 1st GD leading left, then WD leding right and C down the middle. This week if they do that again, I think I will not have my GA/WA/C next to the girls, but 4-6 ft in front of them waiting for the leads on the angle to watch the leads and the throw in. Any other suggestions? we play that team again this week!!   

Playing ball off post from back line pass

HiCan a shooter rebound the ball( from a backline throw in) off the post and jump onto court, catch the ball from the post rebound and then shoot? It seems crazy to me but I have been told that this is now allowed?

What is the best way for GK throwing in to GD from the goal line.  I find GD ends up receiving a pass just a short distance from the GK. When we could make so much more of the space.  but I can't seem to stop her running straight at the GK. Thanks AP

My defenders are having a lot of trouble getting the ball in from out of court. 1 issue is the goal keep really struggles with quick decision making autistic) thinking of trying gd throw in instead as we seem to llose the ball every time. Any advice would b appreciated (8-10 yr olds age of team)

When a player throws the ball in from outside the court (from the backline, either the GS or the GA is throwing the ball in), can they throw the ball and have it rebound off the goalpost, while catching it mid-air???
