I have thoroughly enjoyed using your site to help me with my coaching plans for my under 9's netball team.
I am coaching a team of 8-9yr olds one of which is deaf. I am having problems getting anything to help me with this. Also I am wanting to print off some simple warmup drills eg basic run to first third walk back knees up walk back etc but have picturs for her aswell, but the session planner is more advance than this- I am wanting to do the same warm up for the start of each training and game. Any help ould be fantastic!!!
My netball trials start next Saturday and i was wondering if anyone had any ideas for some pre season drills that i could do on my own. I've have already started running and swimming so endurance and stamina is not an issue. But I need some drills to get me back into the feel of netball. Also does anyone have any ideas on how to not be afraid to pass the ball to strangers. Because i only feel comfortable on passing the ball to my old teamates, and not to people I don't know. Also, does anyone have some advice on what to pack to eat, it's only for 2 hours but it's going from 10:30 to 12:30 am.Thanks for the help!
Can I change my sport from Swimming to Rugby.Thank you
