Hi, How to keep girls of U13 team focussed during training? They are a lovely bunch of girls, but their focus is all over the place. What do you do to keep girls on task?

Hi all, My daughter is about to start coaching for the first time and it's expected she'll have a group of 10 years olds in C or D grade. I'm struggling to remember what her capabilities were at that age and she's looking for some suggestions for drills to start off with until she gets a handle on where they're at. Is anyone currently working with kids around that age/ability bracket? Does anyone know if any of the weekly drills are aimed at beginners/introductory levels? From the ones I'm seen, they're aimed at an intermediate level so I'm assuming some of the games would be OK, but most of the drills would be beyond their capability.Thanks in advance.

how can i get in front of the attacker better from starting off on their centre.

I am a new coach who has a team of 8 under 9’s. 4 have played before 4 have not. How should I rotate them so they all get a equal time on court and should I put the same player all in attack for the whole game and all in defense for the whole game to make it less confusing for them. I’m starting my second year of umpiring but I’ve never fully understood what counts as a “Replay ball” specifically, how many times does a player bounce the ball with one hand for it to count as replay ball, or if a player puts down the ball how many seconds before they can pick it back up if they can? Hi, this is my first season coaching and I have an U8 team. Half the girls played last season and half the girls are new to the game. Where do I start? It looks like there is a great beginner coaching pack available but I am not sure if it would work for the little ones.

how can I help ma players, there are starting but there are students of secondary schools and I want them to join the team because of there height and they alms like the game but problem is ball handling they can not catch hard pass so , help me coaches so that next year I come with a trophy of my district and national championship Ball game 2 or fresh dairy games. thanks your's faithfully coach sam Uganda

Hello, it will be my first time ever doing something netball related specifically coaching so I was just wondering if I could get help starting and initiating plans. I am experienced in Basketball so I am hoping this will help with drills and excerise.

I have played netball pretty much all of my life, but this week I will be starting to coach year 2's (age 6/7/8). I am sure they will all be new to the sport, and I could really use some advice on what to do. Any tips, or training excersices, or videos I could watch would be amazing.

My team are a bunch of very strong girls, however they always start a game slow. Only leading by 1 or two. After the first quarter they seem to have settled and will normally win by a large gap. I make sure they warm up properly including landing skills, sprints, ball work and half court but yet nothing seems to get them playing their game from the off set? Any ideas?

My daughter has just started playing netball what are some good one on one skills for me to do with her? She is 11.
