I have thoroughly enjoyed using your site to help me with my coaching plans for my under 9's netball team.
Can you please give some ideas on drills to do while recovering from ACL reconstruction surgery. Rehabilitation is 9 months, I'm nearly at the 2 month stage. Jumping and running are totally out of the question for at least 8 months.
Does anyone have a session plan showing progressions of stage 2 and 3 defending and ideas for advanced players?
I am looking for some advice on being a better GD. Any advice out there will be greatly appreciated. Also some strategies on the defense side for GK, WD. Question submitted from "Sportplan Netball" on Facebook, by Inge Kruse.
I am doing my Netball Level 2 coaching and having problems linking 4 sessions, Can anyone give me guideline?
need help planning 4 linked session plans for my group of girls age 16-18 mixed ability
if you are working in the D and intercepting high balls into the GS/GA would this type of defending be classed as stage 2?
My defenders often loose focus and try to concentrate on too much. They watch the ball, their player, where the post is, our player, there wings, put up wrong arms, run past player etc. Our drills are spot on, and training is generally very good, but when we get into a game they loose confidence, panic and and look like they are being turned inside out. They are 15/un Open.
I need to know the defending skills, to make it easy on how to defense the attacker
What are the three stages of defending?
what is stage one defence? do how do you perform stage one defence? is it easy to set up?
for my A-Level course we need to say what the three stages of marking are but I don't know what stage three is.
Do you think that the girls should be allocated 2 positions only so that they get used to that position and save confusion. When they change position each quarter or half they get confused. Or at this stage should they be playing all positions. Thanks
What can I do with my under 11âs? Iâve started a after school netball club, any ideas on what I can do? They need to learn how to mark their opponents? Any ideas Asked using Sportplan Mobile App
I am planning a Netball session focused on defending for my BTEC. What questions could i ask them about defending?
