what are the different types of dodging in netball
We recently chose the teams for netball at my school, i tried out for the junior pro team because everyone as in my team players say i'm good and that i will get in. But I did not get in i didn't get in the a's either im in the b's. I have the speed, i can shoot sometimes and I have really good defence. What am I doing wrong. netball is my life and I really want to get on the pro team because its the best and they travel to play netball and they play a lot of games which i love. Also after every game my right ankle aches and evrypart of my body aches, stretching doesn't help me what else should i do? Please help me find maybe what im doing wrong that the judges can see.
Are there any good netball speed drills for someone to do on their own
I'm a defender and find it really difficult to get into a space when it's a backline pass, any tips??

It's an assessment piece for HPE at school, and the following factors must be implemented into the program: Ways to improve on Cardio Vascular fitness, muscular power, muscular speed, and agility and co-ordination. The training plan should be 18 weeks in length, incorporating the Preparatory and Competitive Phases of training. I am aiming for the team to 'peak' on the competition day during the 19th week. hi, i'm going to be trying out for the Vicki Wilson competition and i am up against really good players that are in rep and int he A team in club netball. these players are so much better than me and there are nearly 30 people trying out to get into the team. i really want a position but it will be really hard to get in. the trials are going to be held inside a sports hall and we are playing on slippery wooden floor. i'm scared i might slip. also, there are going to be people watching us play, so i'm really nervous about that. i don't have training for netball, only netball games every Monday, so i'll have to do my own training. Any tips or advice? any training ideas i can do on my own without much equipment?Thanks so much!

Hi, i have a group of 16 year old girls who are playing c2's this season, we have just made finals but will be playing extremly rough teams. the girls have done very well not to take it to heart and keep pushing. However they are so small and tend to get beat up by the bigger and much older players. im hoping for advice on how to play (esspecialy in the ring) around them, as they are too small to push back or hold their own ground. thank you :)

Hi there, I need help with one of my teams. They are u/12 and a very good side but I would love to get them to start playing faster. They tend to wait too long before passing the ball which in turn makes the receiver also wait longer before leading or dodging to receive ball. Any drills?Tx Minette
