I'm training for the State League/U17 tryouts next year and I want to know what abilities the really good GSs have, like clean breaking within the circle, high shooting goal percentage etc. Does anyone have any exercises/drills that I would be able to do by myself or with one or two people to build up skills like breaking? 9yr old accurate shooter with 95% shooting stats shoots from chest. team has been upgraded to play 12yr olds so she needs to learn higher shooting stance as def too tall, but she is having difficulty with this and fast loosing confidence. should i pull her from shooting for awhile as she learns, what do you suggest

How can a coach teach accuracy in goal shooting? Our team has 40 odd shots for goal in a game but the most we have scored is 14!
Any good drill ideas for just one person.... I'm a shooter but I don't have any access to a net? I would love a good drill that improves my accuracy at shooting! Any other drills for one person would be great though!

Hi,I am finding it really difficult to get one of my shooters out the habit of trying to shoot every shot from the outer edge of the circle with not a very good success rate. She doesn't seem to see or want to understand that a pass would be more beneficial, has anyone had similar issues or have any suggestions to get rid of this attitude and mindset. Hi, i have a group of 16 year old girls who are playing c2's this season, we have just made finals but will be playing extremly rough teams. the girls have done very well not to take it to heart and keep pushing. However they are so small and tend to get beat up by the bigger and much older players. im hoping for advice on how to play (esspecialy in the ring) around them, as they are too small to push back or hold their own ground. thank you :)

What a fantastic tool. The Chalkboard and session tools make an unbelievable difference in making training plans in both time and organization. I will be instructing all of my assistant coaches that this tool must be used for all sessions during the season, so that we may build a club coaching resource library.
