Does anyone have any training tips on Channels?
Hi can u give me some ideas on how the shooters would feed themselves closer towards the goal. What i mean is by passing the ball in and out 2 one person and moving closer 2 the goal at the same time . Something simple for girls aged 10.
Hi, I am coaching a group of 10yr old girls who majority have never played netball before. Am I better to rotate them in positions or let them get use to the ones that I allocate them too.. Also what are some good drills that I can teach them Defence or Attack... I have taught them the basics of passing, shooting but need help on alot of other drills... We only have training once a week in which I find hard because I believe they need more training days and we only have 2 training sessions to go till the season starts. Could you please give me some helpful ideas to help my girls understand netball and how to play netball without me having to put the pressure on them like as if I was coaching under 16s or something...
i'm new in netball as a school team coach. i dont have coaching manual, how do i coach basics?

what are some really good passing and catching drills for advanced 15 years olds? Asked using Sportplan on Mobile
How do i stop my players from being too obvious when they pass the ball. They are basically giving the other team the intercept
I have a tall girl who is a great shooter, but she struggles in getting free for the ball. Can you suggest any drills to help her with this.
I'm coaching u/10's and have an excellent A team, but the B team have learners who haven't been playing netball so long. Does anyone have one or two basic activities, easy to understand (for them) which I can drill them with for passing, defending and getting free, as well as something for the shooters. They are always all over the place (we do practice channels) and really struggle to get free - they run a bit and then just stop to wait for the ball. Anything, even just some advice would be appreciated! :)
they are shooting from too far away and are missing a lot of goals Do I take them back to basics? they are 12 year old girls. We lost the grand final by 3 goals and there has been a team change for the Spring season.
where do you start coaching Gr 1 netball. I need some tips please.
I'm due to start coaching some 6-12yr olds in February (have a meeting ahead of that in a week). At the moment I don't have any idea about abilites or previous experience but plan to ask about that next week, though I am guessing it won't be much, especially the younger ones. At the same time, I will be hepling to mentor some new coaches to help them progress (they will be Level 1 so assistant level in England). Any good tips for starting points? I have 12 weeks with them (all 1 hour sessions). My thoughts were to start with things like basic techniques for passing and getting footwork correct before moving onto attacking and defending principles as well as making sure there are plenty of fun games they can take part in.
Iâm new to coaching and have a team of 9 NetSetGo girls aged 8/9. While they have played two seasons already, they lack basic skills such as chest passing, shoulder passing, pivoting, etc.Does anyone have any helpful tips or useful drills which could be used to help teach the girls these skills. HI EveryoneI recently switched from GK AND GD, to WA. I'm finding it difficult to feed the ball into the circle and having confidence in my passing accuracy. I'm also having trouble on getting free for centre pass, especially when the other team has a really good WD. I've only played WA a couple of times so I'm still learning, but I really don't want to let my team down. Thanks all, for the help!
What is the aim of the drill?
