I have thoroughly enjoyed using your site to help me with my coaching plans for my under 9's netball team.
My friend coaches an under 13s team and when someone has the ball they all run for it like seagulls going for bread. The coach has told them many times to spread out and for not everyone to run to the ball at once but the girls keep doing it and they can't get the ball down the court.
I coach a team of U15 girls who vary in their ability. Our play from the baseline throw in is disjointed and the ball is often intercepted as a result. What is the best way to teach the girls to read each others play and operate as a smooth unit?
does anyone have a drill to help driving forward then re offering again?
Limited internet access in school
I have a strong team of u21's who play brilliantly, except for running into one another space. Is there a drill which focuses on clearing out before re-attacking as a group?
I am finding our girls are lost on court. Some players are playing harder to make up for girls not being where they should be.
What drills are best to teach little kids to spread out and find space? Asked using Sportplan Mobile App

Iâm new to coaching and have a team of 9 NetSetGo girls aged 8/9. While they have played two seasons already, they lack basic skills such as chest passing, shoulder passing, pivoting, etc.Does anyone have any helpful tips or useful drills which could be used to help teach the girls these skills. I previously subscribed to Sportplan after receiving an email with an offer for six months. I wanted Rugby League but made an error and selected Rugby which is Rugby Union so ended up cancelling my subscription. I would like to re join but all the offers I get now via email are for me to join back for Rugby and can't seem to be able to change it to Rugby League when I click on the offers. Could you please send me an offer for Rugby League so I can subscribe again. Thanks

Does anyone have a good drill for showing the centre when to become involved in an attacking play moving down the court.
HI EveryoneI recently switched from GK AND GD, to WA. I'm finding it difficult to feed the ball into the circle and having confidence in my passing accuracy. I'm also having trouble on getting free for centre pass, especially when the other team has a really good WD. I've only played WA a couple of times so I'm still learning, but I really don't want to let my team down. Thanks all, for the help!

I organise a ladies netball group of varying abilities but mostly beginners. Despite constantly telling them to slow their play down, they are determined to pass the pall on as soon as its in their hands often resulting in sloppy passing. Any suggestions on how to slow the pace down and hopefully, improve their passing?
Hi I have a player who has recently taken up another sport and cannot attend training at all but can attend the weekend game. We are half way through the season. I am not sure whether its fair to give this player as much game time as the other girls and just wanted to know what other coaches might do in this situation. Thanks
The lead & drive drill looks good but does not add the 2nd centre which would obviously be standing in front of the GA, with the defence either side effectively blocking the GA off from advancing forward or sideways - any suggestions?
