Goals or standards set for each age group from u/9 to senior level. As in what is required from an u/13 player in order for her abilities and skill as well as her fitness to be good at this age level. Agility? Sprinting? etc.
How do you get the Goal Defence staying with the Goal Attack, especially when the Goal Attack drops down behind the Goal Defence and gets the ball all the time in the Goal Circle? How do you get the Defence in the Goal Circle to rebound and how do you get the Goal Shooters following their shot and rebound?
What are some good attack and defense drills for players that are 17 years old and have been playing netball for a couple of years? Also, what are some good tips and drills to create space on the court?

What are all the positions in netball and where can they go and what do they do? What is the best position when doing your first netball match?
Hello all. I'm usually WA in netball, but am playing GD for a new team tonight and they are playing a very advanced team who are fast! Any tips for GD as i've never played this position before so am a bit nervous. I've played GK a few times before, but they seem very different roles on court! I'm not the tallest of players either at 5ft 5". Thanks

Hello, it will be my first time ever doing something netball related specifically coaching so I was just wondering if I could get help starting and initiating plans. I am experienced in Basketball so I am hoping this will help with drills and excerise.
We are playing in n a grand final this week and the opposition has a very tall GS and holds very well. I am thinking of getting my defences to double team her but wanting to know best way to teach this & also what's the best way of stopping the GA (just getting WD & c to try & block her getting in the ring) any thoughts on best way to beat a tall shooter. The girls are 13 but played a lot of netball. Thanks
My friend coaches an under 13s team and when someone has the ball they all run for it like seagulls going for bread. The coach has told them many times to spread out and for not everyone to run to the ball at once but the girls keep doing it and they can't get the ball down the court.
Hi I am a first year coach of a 9 and under team.My girls are struggling with the concept of running to space and receiving a pass on the move while advancing the ball to our attacking third. It seems no matter how hard i try to implement drills for passing at practice, come game day the girls still group together and call for the ball standing still. Any ideas/drills anyone could suggest would be greatly appreciated. Regards Mark
Help, dad thrown in the deep end - what basic attacking strategies do you use for 11 years olds? They have great skill and have played since they were 5 years old, but still run around like headless chickens, everyone calling for the ball and getting in each other's way. Is there a method to this madness I can teach? Some teams look like they know who is going to pass to who and the ball gets from one end to the other fluidly.
