I have a GK who is miles taller than most of her opponents but she never gets intercepts or rebounds as she is just too nice and slow off the mark. How do I make her more hungry for possession and to get her to more agressive but in a good way

how can you intercept in a game of netball
I am coaching first time players, U/8's and struggling to teach them defence. Does anyone have some basic drills to show them? I have 9 players so need drills that work with that group. Thanks.
Hi, i have a group of 16 year old girls who are playing c2's this season, we have just made finals but will be playing extremly rough teams. the girls have done very well not to take it to heart and keep pushing. However they are so small and tend to get beat up by the bigger and much older players. im hoping for advice on how to play (esspecialy in the ring) around them, as they are too small to push back or hold their own ground. thank you :)

Hi, a netball mum newbie here. I was wondering what the difference is between an intercept and a turnover. It seems to me that an intercept is the same as a turnover (you intercept the ball and "turn over the centre-pass" so to speak). But there must be a distinction because I see the two terms used separately when they show the statistics during the ANZ Championship games. I'd love it if someone could explain it to me. What a fantastic tool. The Chalkboard and session tools make an unbelievable difference in making training plans in both time and organization. I will be instructing all of my assistant coaches that this tool must be used for all sessions during the season, so that we may build a club coaching resource library.
