I have a girl who never knows which foot she has landed on and then throws awkwardly rather than foot fault.
how can I improve my contact and offside, are there any drills that I can use so here are less penalty's given away in a game
how can I use a bounce pass effectively in a game?
One of my players stalks every time she gets the ball, she doesn't have good balance, what drill apart from teaching her to slow down could I use.
how can you defend a tall shooter that stands and puts their arm up indicating a lob pass and holds you back with their hip?

After my opponent release the ball can I use my body but not arms to block in front of her so as to prevent her from going to the front?( In centre third) If the opponent just run ahead and crash on the defender, is it a contact?Or in fact the action of the defender preventing the attacker to run towards goal third is obstruction or a rule called" causing contact"?
