I have thoroughly enjoyed using your site to help me with my coaching plans for my under 9's netball team.
I like the idea of teaching set plays to stop my girls swarming the ball, but wasn't sure what set plays to use! Are there any on this site or can anyone share their favourite easy ones for 8/9 yo's
Hi guysSo Iâm having a isssue with my GA and WA coming up way too high on our GK transitions. I keep telling the girls that they canât cross that transvers line so soon, let your teammates GK, GD, WD & C bring the ball down as your making there space crowded and making it a lot harder to for GA to get in the shooting circle. Etc etc. There trying to help way too much. Any drills I can use for this. Cheers Asked using Sportplan Mobile App
How do I set a defensive zone (ie GA WA C WD GD) and teach the girls to defend the zone they are in and not go for the ball?
Hi I'm all new to Netball and coaching under 9's. We have 10 aside. Can anyone help in the best way to do a rotation form.At them moment I have a list with names and positions then each week I just move the name down to the next position so they play that position for the entire game and the resting players alternate eg with C or WD or GK each quarter. Are they the main positions to rotate with? Thank you for your time.
what are some good ways for the WA to get free to receive the centre pass rather than always just sprinting?
Does anyone have set plays that cover all of the netball court including side and base line throw ins?
Can someone please advise me on where can I locate sound information on court systems? Thanks. Wendy
