Netball: find the position

Hi, I have a young girl that tries hard at training and playing. but the other girls will not pass her the ball.she came be in the right position and calls out but they go for the person with someone on them. what do i do. Donna Vic Aus

I am coaching Under 13's (girls aged from 8 - 12) just wondering what the best way to get them to move into space and not crowd would be.

Defending the Throw In. On the weekend, the opposition had a set play (on some occasions but not all the time). GK was throwing in. The GD, WD & C all gathered between the centre and the 1/3rd line, closer to the 1/3rd line. Each of them broke at different times. 1st GD leading left, then WD leding right and C down the middle. This week if they do that again, I think I will not have my GA/WA/C next to the girls, but 4-6 ft in front of them waiting for the leads on the angle to watch the leads and the throw in. Any other suggestions? we play that team again this week!!   

How do I rotate 8 girls for netball

9 players - 4 girls off half a game each week or 2 players off per quarter? I coach a 10 yrs team in a very close A grade competition. There are 9 players therefore 2 reserves are needed each quarter. Is it best to have 4 girls off for half a game each week, less disruption to team but best players are then off for half a game - girls are off every second week, or 2 girls off each quarter, more disruption but best players are only off for quarter of a game, girls are off every week. I am required to give all players equal time on the court throughout the season. Thank you.

How do I coach my under 10 team to gain possession when we keep coming up against teams who are much  taller and bigger in stature than my little players?

But because the opponent was man on, the player with the ball accidentally knocked into her with the ball. Our captain questioned this and was told that the player with the ball had to allow the opponent to get her distance before turning to feed the ball. This was so frustrating as we had to slow our game right down. Is this a new rule because we have never come across this before?

Whats a good drill to help with coming infront of their partners instead of the immediate thought of dropping back for a pass?

The girls I am coaching have never played before and are aged 6 to 7 years, I really need some ideas to teach them the positions of the court - any tips or drills anyone can recommend?

Our girls must rotate positions each quarter and then by the end of the season they must have played a set amount of quarters in each position as instructed by our Association. Our team has 9 players so 1 player will get a "full" game each week and two players sit on the bench each quarter. Does anyone have an excel spread sheet they use to help them keep track?
