I have thoroughly enjoyed using your site to help me with my coaching plans for my under 9's netball team.
i'm not very good at jumping and to become a better netball player i have to learn how to jump. Does anyone have any drills that i can do on my own and with my dad that can help me learn to jump? Thanks.
my players seem to get the worst injuries, their 14 and they do everything right cushion landings with a should width base and outside foot pivots? what vare we doing wrong? last year i started with 10 players and at the grand final i had 6 of my original players, i had to bring up 10 year olds!! help?????
exercises for hands over ball
Does anyone have any exercises or drills to stop an entire team of girls from passing the ball to the defenders instead of their own team mates...? THey can all throw a pass to each other in training, I've tried adding pressure situations where they have defenders to evade to replicate the real game but in games they cannot seem to get it together...help!
I assistant coach a year 5 team who have horrible core strength and they can not do planks and apparently 'sit ups are too easy' and they can't do push ups. What can i do to give them more core strength??

I have just started coaching again after 3 years as the town I have moved depends on volunteers and thought it would be a great way to get back into netball. I am coaching a 13/14 year old team with some newbies. I am looking for some good basic drills or exercises to help get us started.
Previously used this app and as I'm coaching again this season I've started using it again, previously never had much of an issue creating different training sessions.However, it seems now it is only possible to save exercises to your clipboard before then having the clipboard appear in your folders (which it has also disappeared for some reason for me)Ultimately the above makes for a really poor user experience where I get frustrated I can't just create a new session each week and place drills in that session. I like having a resource to view potential drills, etc but the above stops me being able to actually use it during a training session.More of a comment than a question but wanted to give my feedback.
at times I receive the emails with links to exercises, but they don't open to show the move my or videos. just now tried to attach pics and it froze again.... any ideas how to resolve,
