Does anyone have set plays that cover all of the netball court including side and base line throw ins?

I coach a team of U15 girls who vary in their ability. Our play from the baseline throw in is disjointed and the ball is often intercepted as a result. What is the best way to teach the girls to read each others play and operate as a smooth unit?

hi all, i coach 11 and 12 years olds, what are some good drills to get the C, GA and GS to not crowd each other and for the shooters to know who it front and who is back.

My friend coaches an under 13s team and when someone has the ball they all run for it like seagulls going for bread. The coach has told them many times to spread out and for not everyone to run to the ball at once but the girls keep doing it and they can't get the ball down the court.

We need to practice our goal line throw as an attacking thrown because ares is getting intercepted is there any pointers we can use

Help, dad thrown in the deep end - what basic attacking strategies do you use for 11 years olds? They have great skill and have played since they were 5 years old, but still run around like headless chickens, everyone calling for the ball and getting in each other's way. Is there a method to this madness I can teach? Some teams look like they know who is going to pass to who and the ball gets from one end to the other fluidly. When throwing in from the baseline inside the circle can you pass the ball behind the post to a player on the other side of the post. Can't see anything in the rules saying you have to throw in front of the post on the side you are standing on (where ball went out),.

I am coaching a little net set go team (set tier) with ages 5-8. Usually I coach high school girls. A mum of one of the 7 yr olds just messaged me with this: "i was just wondering If you have any tips to help us get Miss S enthused about netball, she isn't enjoying it but wants to "give it more time" (her words)." We only have a half hour training session before we play as no one else will coach but this is the only time I can do training and there are players from another town so this is the best option for everyone. We play a couple of warm up drills/games and practice 1 skill ready for our game. I have covered the basics of passing and footwork so far. None of my team have ever played before, but 4 of them did the net set go - net tier last year. The girl has only played 2 games so far as we have had a bye. So far she has had a go at positions GK, GD, GS, GA, and WA. She is the tallest girl in the team and so tends to get a fair amount of the ball. Any ideas on what to suggest to this mum?

Hi all, My daughter is about to start coaching for the first time and it's expected she'll have a group of 10 years olds in C or D grade. I'm struggling to remember what her capabilities were at that age and she's looking for some suggestions for drills to start off with until she gets a handle on where they're at. Is anyone currently working with kids around that age/ability bracket? Does anyone know if any of the weekly drills are aimed at beginners/introductory levels? From the ones I'm seen, they're aimed at an intermediate level so I'm assuming some of the games would be OK, but most of the drills would be beyond their capability.Thanks in advance.

What is the best way for GK throwing in to GD from the goal line.  I find GD ends up receiving a pass just a short distance from the GK. When we could make so much more of the space.  but I can't seem to stop her running straight at the GK. Thanks AP

I have a low grade, 10 year old team (3 new players). I can not get the team out of the habit of bunching and standing with hands in the air. I have tried lots of things, some work, but they tend to revert back to bunching when the pressure is on. Can anyone suggest a simple solution.

Where should I position players on the court for a throw-in from the backline?

cannot seem to get some players to stand still or not pick up landing feet when they get the ball. Blowing them for stepping normally get them into telling me about all the mistake everyone else is makings
