My nettas love to play games at training but i've already coached a team for a year who want hard training (their Juniors) and this is my first year of coaching nettas and still a little un-sure on what to plan for them for training that is fun and they can still learn. Any ideas

Can you send me some info on set plays around %3A1. Bringing the ball in from a missed goal at the defend end, so best positions and moves for WD and GD with the throw in from Gk and 2. Some set moves in the goal circle for GA and GS to create space and movement?
I have an attacking goal defender and every time she manages to intercept the ball she gets pulled up for contact whether she has contacted or not. I dont want to change her style of play. what can I do to help her in this situation.

I am planning a Netball session focused on defending for my BTEC. What questions could i ask them about defending?
I am an umpire as well as a player, and I had a situation a few weeks ago that challenged my knowledge. On a centre pass. Referring to the third lines. Do the third lines form part of the centre court or are they part of the goal third. In other words at what point would GA,GD,WA and WD become off side? If their foot/feet were on the line? Same for the Centre, would she be off side if her foot/feet were on the line?
Hi I have a new team of 7/8 year olds and we have one very weak player that doesn't move or listen nor catch the ball. Any advice? I need to play her in all positions as they move around to learn them all but feel she needs to learn one at a time. She says she just wants to shoot but that's difficult when she can't catch. Other players aren't passing to her either as she doesn't movebinto position. Any advice would be great! The rest of the time are thriving!! Asked using Sportplan Mobile App

What a fantastic tool. The Chalkboard and session tools make an unbelievable difference in making training plans in both time and organization. I will be instructing all of my assistant coaches that this tool must be used for all sessions during the season, so that we may build a club coaching resource library.
