Thinking about signing up...

I am interested in joining up to see what the plans and drills are like but the only doubt I have is that most the free drills that i have been sent are aimed at young kids. I coach a very talented U14s team so need drills aimed at an older, more able level. Are such drills in the database but presumably just blocked out?

Cheers,
Phil.

Hi Phil,

Thanks for contacting us. We have over 500 football practices so there's definitely a lot more to unlock with full access. We have drills for different age groups, and even the simple drills on site have coaching points and progressions to help you make them more challenging for your talented players. Often you'll find even the top teams use very simple training practices (see video below).

In addition to the drills we also add 'off the peg' plans every week. These plans will vary, so sometimes they will be for juniors and others they will be for senior teams. You can choose to coach these plans as a whole or just use them as inspiration for your plans.

If you would like any other information please let us know and we'll be happy to help - you can reach us at info@sportplan.com or via this answer thread!

Thanks,
The Sportplan Team

Bayern Munich Players Show Skills in 1-Touch Rondo

DESCRIPTION
Pep Guardiola's magic must be rubbing off on his Bayern Munich team. The team warmed up for its Champions League clash with CSKA Moscow with a fiendishly good one-touch rondo. With two men in the middle of the circle, the players played one single-touch pass after another to keep the two at bay, looking poised, composed and skilled while doing so. Still, would you expect anything less from a Guardiola team?
