Shall I mix different player's ability in training or keep them in different groups?

As most teams have mixed ability players, do you mix them during training or keep them in a group of their own ability?

How wil they every adapt if kept seperate, each one teach one.

By mixing players up you get the less developed players to be inspired and motivated. HOWEVER this may cause your "better" players to lack competition and thereby becoming more and more complacent. So change things up, if they get to cocky throw all you "better" players together. This will also be a more even competition between the less developed players.

Good luck coach.
