Buildup to game and post game wind down.

What do you think is more important the build up or wind down from a game?

Build up. It`s important players don`t get injuries through not loosening up prior to a game. I always start of with an exercise circle. Each player leading the others in a short exercise. 2-3 minutes. By the time we`ve been around 16 players they are all fairly warmed up. And then we do some running, building up into sprints. End of the game I just give the a light jog slowing down to a walk around the pitch.
