Can someone help me with planning and programing a plan for U14 ?

I have a problem with lack of kids, and i only get 2 training sessions per week, how to make a plan to help them grow, and not to forget from week to week what we learned?

Hi Antonio,

The best way I`d recommend not letting them forget the session before is to do a quick recovery of the previous session at the start of each one. This refreshes their minds as to what you were learning. Then with your sessions, plan them so that the next session is a progression of the first. This allows you to recap the previous session and then work on improving it. This will help the kids remember and improve in the skill/activity in question.

I hope this helps!
