What are ways to improve "eyes up" and "body angles"?

What are some good ways of keeping players with their eyes up and on the ball, and also some ways of helping with their body angles

do you have a ladder? (cones spaced out will work too)  this is just to keep their feet busy and moving, while moving forward.  you can have them moving through these obstacles at whatever footwork drill that helps you, but the key is to have a ball constantly being passed to them while they do.  this keeps them focussed on what the ball is doing and not on what their feet are.

A drill that would help with both eyes up and body angles is as follows.

Attacker and defender in goal circle, 2 or 3 moving players passng balll quickly around circle edge with 2 or 3 stationery players holding up coloured or numbered cards spread out near the transverse line.  Defender has to set up side on to attacker with eyes up to the ball, knees bent and outside arm at the ready (defensive stance). As the ball is passed around outside the circle, defender changes position to remain ballside and at the ready. Players with cards hold one up quickly only when the ball is nearest to them and defender has to call the number or colour while repositioning. Ramp it up with the attacker moving and then random passes coming in.  Rotate players through.  If you dont have cards a raised arm and hand signals will do e.g. left, right, up, down
